Dan's Album Review:
First they lose their major label home (Arista), then their lead singer. On this, their first Earache records release, you can hear some of the sound that brought them some fame with the self-titled album, but things have certainly changed. The chord structures and melodic patterns are all much safer here, and the entire package feels a lot more homogenized than that debut. "Tornado" threatens to break that mold a little as it starts but slides right back into something safe. Overall, this album isn't bad, but it's much closer to the samey-ness of corporate radio rock than their earlier albums. Track Listing:
