Dan's Album Review:

First off, let me say, there's something occassionally subliminally wrong with the drums on this album, and occassionally downright bad. i don't know what it is, other than it sounds like maybe he was drunk or the engineer was just fucking with them. Either way, this album suffers some from that. Maybe they were just trying to go for a lo-fi lo-skill recording or something, I have to believe that the drummer is better than what I'm hearing. That said, the rest of the album is still an interesting listen. At times low end boogie rumble of Corrosion of Conformity, other times intriguing extended riff workings of a Pelican or Isis, but not quite so gloomy and doomy. And here and there a little sped up near-thrash-but-not-quite. Jesus make them re-record this with a better drum track. I'm sure it would smoke.
